ROTATING COLOUR CAMERA KIT
Shown above, is our new heavy-duty rotating cctv camera kit. The kit comprises:
CCTV camera in robust metal enclosure and integrated "scanner motor"
Indoor control console with mains power adaptor
Infra-red remote control
The camera also features a built-in microphone and loudspeaker, allowing the user to not only listen in to sound in the vacinity of the camera (via their tv set), but also to speak back to the camera (via a microphone in the control console).
The angle of camera rotation is adjustable between approximately 22 and 350 degrees, and rotation speed is around 3 RPM. The system may be set in either automatic or manual rotation via the console or infra-red remote control.
The kit comes supplied with a total of 20m of cable - one additional (optional) 20m long cable extension may be added. No soldering is necessary.
The system may be connected to a video monitor, television set, or video recorder via a choice of SCART or AV connectors (both options are standard). Being colour, reasonable light is necessary - for low light applications, we recommend that the monochrome model. The mono model incorporates infra-red light emmiting diodes, and consequently, can be operated in conditions of almost total darkness - within the 2m to 3m range of the LED's.
